- An order will only be processed after payment is received.
- Once an order is processed and paid, no cancellation or amendment is allowed.

- If any of the items you have ordered are out of stock, a full refund will be made
- Items will arrive in approximately 2 - 3 weeks after Last Order Date.

- There may be slight colour differences due to different monitor's settings / lighting/ camera quality.
- For all of our designs, we give assurance that there is a 90% similarity between the actual item and the photo uploaded.
- We will not liable for any damage/ lost to your order during the delivery process. Therefore, we highly recommend buyer to choose registered mail.
- We are not responsible for any lost delivery, which are incorrectly addressed due to buyer error. We generate our mail labels from the information provided by our buyers.
- If you contact us after your order has been placed regarding an incomplete / incorrect delivery address, we will make every effort to correct your information prior to your package being delivered. However, once your package has been processed and delivered, we can't make address corrections to your package.
